Presenter, Broadcaster and Master of Ceremonies

In front of a camera, behind a mic or commanding a crowd, entertaining is in my blood. After many years working with audiences of all kinds I have learnt to expect the unexpected, enjoy the unpredictable and turn the surprising to my advantage.

There are no second chances at a live event, be it a charity ball, awards ceremony, prestigious product launch or an internal team building day. You need a professional at the helm, a master of ceremonies with a cool head and the experience to deal with any situation with authority and panache. I’ve gained that experience working as a presenter, Master of Ceremonies and host at a wide variety of events including:

Tesco Charity Summer Ball
The HAC, London
Launch for American Airlines
Broadgate Arena, London
The Big Day Out for Greenwich Council
Themed Party for Speedo
Speedo Head Office, Nottingham
Presentation for Siemens
NEC, Birmingham
Phone Launch for Amstrad
The QE II Centre, London
The Wine and Spirit Awards
The Natural History Museum, London
AGM for Redland Roof Tiles
The National Motorcycle Museum, Solihull
Business Presentation for Reuters
Kensington Olympia, London
Modem Launch for Psion-Dacom
Earl’s Court, London
Conference for Genesys Communications
The RAI, Amsterdam

Radio and television require a blend of skills including versatility, consistency and the ability to find just the right tone. This is what I bring to every job I do and as a professional broadcaster my roles have included:

Character Presenter for long-running children’s show ‘Squawkbox’ on Oneword Radio

Continuity Announcer on Oneword Radio

Presenter of ‘Cricket Monthly’ for Wisden

Narrator of ‘Guide to Buying a House’ for the Home Buyer’s Council

Various roles in corporate videos for British Gas, Safeway, Mercury Communications, Guardian Royal Exchange, British Building Council and British Telecom.
